Alper Turken
- Chief Executive Officer
Alper Turken holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a PHD in Philosophy from Bogazici University in Istanbul. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, he began his career in engineering and technical sales roles, and quickly moved into leadership positions at Motorola and Arris. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, EMEA and APAC at CommScope. He joined Netceed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2022 and was appointed to CEO in 2024 where he leads organizational integrations and global growth.
Brian Hawe
- Chief Marketing Officer
Brian Hawe is a strategic marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformation, building brand platforms, and delivering growth through customer-centric storytelling. His career spans roles across digital strategy, content development, analytics, and go-to-market execution, where he has consistently turned marketing into a performance engine. Known for blending creative vision with data-driven precision, Brian has led global teams, launched new products, and scaled modern marketing operations across complex industries. He joined Netceed in 2024 to lead global marketing and brand efforts.

James DeCoe
- SVP of Products, Procurement & Technology
James holds a BBA and MBA from Cleary University in Michigan. Prior to joining Netceed in 2023, DeCoe spent nearly 20 years at CommScope, most recently in the role of Vice President of Network Cable and Connectivity. With more than 25 years in the broadband industry, he is leveraging his extensive connectivity background to lead the highly-skilled team of engineers to develop customized solutions for network operators; exceed customer demand for connectivity with the product team; while building an integrated procurement team to support Netceed’s North America Product, Procurement, and Technology departments.
Max von Trotha
- Chief Transformation Officer
Before joining Netceed, Max von Trotha served in an operating partner role at a mid-market private equity fund, where he focused on business transformation as well as driving operational and commercial excellence in the digital infrastructure and B2B distribution sectors. Earlier in his career, Max held strategic, operational, and commercial leadership roles at BT, EE, Deutsche Telekom and T-Mobile. Notably, he led the post-merger integration of Orange and T-Mobile in the UK, which resulted in the creation of EE—now the UK’s leading mobile operator. He began his professional journey in management consulting at Arthur D. Little in Germany. Max holds a management degree from ESCP Business School.
Robert Kresing
- Managing Director Europe
Robert Kresing brings decades of expertise in leadership, operational excellence, and transformational growth. His career spans executive roles at Transcom, Accenture, Arvato Bertelsmann, and Allianz SE, where he drove restructuring, M&A, and international expansion across EMEA, LATAM, India, and China. He has extensive experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), digital transformation, and sustainable practices. With a focus on innovation and profitability, Robert’s leadership propels Netceed’s mission to deliver value-driven telecom and broadband solutions to clients and stakeholders worldwide. Robert graduated in Business Administration and holds a BA International Management from ESB Reutlingen, Germany, as well as Middlesex University, London.
Yvette Panno
- SVP of Human Resources
Yvette holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources with a PHR certificate after graduating from Stony Brook University and Boston University School of Communication, majoring in Broadcasting/English. She has focused her 30-year career in telecommunications with senior roles in human resources, including Regional Director of Human Resources with both Altice and Cablevision. She joined Netceed in 2017 and partners closely with the CEO to shape cultural change, overseeing the strategic centers of excellence in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, employee relations, internal communications, and performance management throughout Netceed’s growth and integrations in the United States.
