Alper Turken holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a PHD in Philosophy from Bogazici University in Istanbul. With over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, he began his career in engineering and technical sales roles, and quickly moved into leadership positions at Motorola and Arris. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, EMEA and APAC at CommScope. He joined Netceed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2022 and was appointed to CEO in 2024 where he leads organizational integrations and global growth.
João holds degrees in Electronics Engineering from Reding University UK, and Electronics and Telecommunications from University of Aveiro PT. Prior to joining Netceed in 2020, João leveraged his nearly 30 years of professional experience leading the Infrastructures department at Altice Labs, working as a Telecom Network Infrastructures Business Strategy specialist across Multinational projects, and collaborating with telecom operators for FTTH in project management roles in Brazil, Angola, Cape Verde, São Tomé and Principe, Morocco, Columbia, Namibia, Timor, and Libya. João is currently Netceed’s forward-thinking Research & Development Director and co-founder of Netceed Innovations, overseeing research, development, testing, and production for the global group.
Thibaud holds a MsC degree in Management from ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining Netceed in 2021, he spent a a decade in the M&A ecosystem, most notably at PricewaterhouseCoopers in transaction services in Paris. Thibaud is currently Netceed’s Global Head of M&A and integration, responsible for all Mergers & Acquisitions operations, corporate development projects, and integrations on a global scale to support Netceed’s international growth.
Julia holds 3 Master’s degrees in Law including a specialty in Technical Innovation Law from University Paris-Sud in partnership with University Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne as Valedictorian; in International and European Law from University Paris Nanterre in Paris with honors; and in Business Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas; as well as a Certification as a qualified lawyer from Bucharest Bar in Romania; and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law. Julia has nearly two decades of experience, most notably as an attorney at law for various law practices, and as Legal Director & DPO at Talentsoft, where she created, structured, scaled, and led a team covering and securing all legal aspects of the business. She joined Netceed in 2023 as Global Head of Legal where she brings her background in complex and commercially focused multicultural environments to handle all legal dealings for the organization globally.

Since 2021, Philippe has been leading Amadys through the Belgian telecom landscape, and after acquisition by Netceed in 2023, he was named Head of Belgium for Netceed, leading all aspects of the business and broad customer portfolio in Belgium as well as its growth.
Lars holds an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and has more than 12 years of experience and expertise within the telecom industry. He began his career in Sales and Marketing, quickly moving into leadership positions at Infraconcepts, and most recently as Vice President of Telecom in the Netherlands at Amadys. After acquisition, he was appointed as Head of the Netherlands for Netceed in 2023, where he leads all aspects of the telecom business and customer portfolio in the region, positioning the organization for sustainable growth.

He joined DKT powered by Netceed in 2021 as Managing Director and has been at the forefront of innovating and expanding CPE fibre solutions that cater to a global clientelle. Anthony was named Netceed’s Head of Denmark in 2023, where he is leveraging his rich strategic and leadership background as well as technical acumen to navigate the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape in the region. Under his leadership, the company is poised to make significant inroads in the Nordic region while addressing its unique market needs.
Stephan holds a graduate degree in Mechanics from Supmeca in Paris, France and a post-graduate degree in Management from IAE in Aix-en-Provence, France. He has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most notably helping drive growth as the Head of Procurement at Circet Group. Stephan joined Netceed in 2013 and has held several senior level Sales and Business Development positions for Netceed’s operations in France, Germany, and North Africa. He was named Head of France in 2023 where he leads the company’s rapidly-scaling business in the country.
Koen holds three Master’s degrees: in Business Economics, Accounting, and Finance, as well as in Management from KU Leuven, and in Engineering and Electromechanics from Groep T Internationale Hogeschool Leuven. He has nearly 15 years of experience including Sales and Leadership positions at Evodis, Indutube, Voltacom and Aquapipe, and was most recently Vice President of Amadys Energy. After acquisition by Netceed, he was appointed as the Head of Energy for Netceed in 2023, where leads the division throughout Europe, positioning it for future growth and expansion in the Energy market.
After graduating with a Commercial Sciences & Marketing master’s degree in Belgium, Laurent has spent his career mastering the Supply Chain, mainly within the Telecommunications & Automotive sectors. He brought his 25+ years of professional experience and expertise to Netceed as Chief Operating Officer in 2020, where he supports the company’s constant growth by developing dynamic operational structure and capturing new business opportunities while positioning Netceed for future expansion.
After graduating from Polytech Lille Graduate School of Engineering, Théo has spent his career mastering the telecommunications industry and leading the Telecom Department at Preformed Line Products overseeing the French market. He joined Netceed in 2017, and was promoted to CTO in 2019, where he leads a highly skilled team of specialized engineers to meet customer demand and develop customized solutions for network operators.
