Our approach
We’re committed to delivering solutions that drive progress in connectivity and energy infrastructure, while making a positive impact on our planet and communities. As part of this mission, we’ve identified four strategic priorities that directly support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and guide our efforts towards meaningful impact: Climate action (SDG 13); Our people (SDG 8 & 10); Sustainable offer (SDG 12); and Business ethics (SDG 8).
Climate action
Since 2022, we have been actively calculating, monitoring and reporting our scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. By the end of 2024, we had reduced our emissions by 52% compared to 2022 levels. In the same year, we launched Netceed’s first Decarbonization Plan – a clear, science-based climate strategy. This roadmap sets out how we aim to further reduce our emissions and stay aligned with the 1.5°C target established in the 2015 Paris Agreement.

And, we aim to improve gender representation in senior management positions. We strive to be an employer of choice through an ambitious talent management approach and a culture which prioritizes the health and safety of our employees through training, preventive measures, and regular inspections of safety risks.
Sustainable offer
We are expanding our sustainable product and service offerings by working closely with suppliers and innovating for better solutions. This includes responsible waste management practices and using life-cycle assessment software to calculate the environmental footprint of our products and identify improvement opportunities. And, our Supplier Engagement Program enables us to collaborate with our suppliers on climate action, circular economy, and eco-design.
Business ethics
At Netceed, integrity is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to conducting all aspects of our business to the highest legal and ethical standards – and we expect the same from everyone who represents our company. Our Code of Conduct defines these expectations clearly, setting the standard for responsible and ethical decision-making across Netceed.
