Netceed Publishes Its First Environmental, Social and Governance Report

GlobalNewsPress releaseSustainability

Netceed has published its first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, marking an important milestone in the Group’s journey toward greater sustainability, transparency and accountability. The report presents the progress achieved to date and reflects Netceed’s long-term commitment to responsible and resilient business practices.

In 2024, Netceed laid the foundations of its sustainability strategy through the creation of a dedicated Group Sustainability Team and the deployment of its first Groupwide sustainability roadmap. This framework now guides actions across the organisation and supports the integration of sustainability considerations into day-to-day decision making.

Published in 2026, Netceed’s first Annual ESG Report covers performance and progress achieved during the 2025 reporting year. It outlines key developments across environmental, social and governance topics, including the independent verification of Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprint data and the completion of the Group’s first climate risk analysis.

The 2025 report outlines progress across environmental, social, and governance topics, including the independent verification of carbon footprint data and the completion of its first climate risk analysis.

Key highlights include:

  • A reduction in Scope 1 and 2 CO2e emissions compared to 2024
  • Improved gender diversity in senior management, with women now representing 23% of senior management positions
  • 70% of suppliers actively engaged on climate action priorities
  • A 72% reduction in work-related accidents compared to 2024

Strengthening data quality, improving comparability, and building trust will remain central priorities in 2026 and beyond, particularly in the context of an evolving global regulatory landscape.

This first ESG Report represents a meaningful step forward for Netceed. The Group will continue to refine its sustainability roadmap, deepen collaboration with suppliers and customers, invest in its people, and further embed sustainability into its operations to ensure progress remains measurable and lasting.
